What we collect

When you send an inquiry: your name, organization, email, area of interest, the problem you describe, the time and the page you came from. When you subscribe to Sunday Signal: your email, the consent wording you agreed to and the time. For abuse protection we keep a one way hash of your network address for two days. We keep no advertising cookies and run no third party trackers. Page views are counted by the path only, with no personal identifier.

Why

To answer you, to send the briefing you asked for, and to keep the site working. Nothing else. We never sell or share this information.

Where it goes

Records live on a server we control. Email is delivered through Resend, our email provider, under its own privacy terms. Inquiries are also forwarded to our inbox at Google Workspace.

How long

Inquiries: two years. Subscriber records: until you unsubscribe, then the record is removed within 30 days. Server logs: 30 days.

Your choices

Every issue of Sunday Signal carries a one click unsubscribe. To see, export or delete what we hold about you, write to human@l9security.com and we act within 30 days.

Cookies

The public site sets none. The administration area sets one session cookie for the people who run the site.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
